MEET ERIN

My journey to becoming a somatic practitioner for the female nervous system began when I decided to confront my own trauma. For most of my life, I struggled with debilitating anxiety and OCD, along with panic, depression, and PMDD. I was in talk therapy for years, but it wasn’t until I felt the call to explore nervous system healing and body-based trauma resolution that everything began to shift.

I worked through the pain of abusive relationships from my childhood and early adulthood, faced the emotional aftershocks of a natural disaster, and navigated my way through the challenges of relationship OCD, and the depths of grief due to pregnancy loss.

My healing journey was a tapestry woven from various threads: plant and psychedelic medicine, Hakomi (somatic psychotherapy), Somatic Experiencing, and the warmth of community healing and mentorship. Each step helped me reclaim the fractured parts of myself, guiding me on the path toward authenticity and inner wholeness.

Through my own experiences, I discovered a profound truth: this healing work is what I am meant to share with the world.

Now, I create a compassionate space for my clients to reconnect with themselves, heal at the nervous system level, cultivate the relationships they desire, and share their unique gifts with the world.

My approach combines my training in somatic experiencing (body-based trauma resolution), integrative somatic parts work, somatic attachment, full-spectrum doula practices, and female nervous system healing, offering a well-rounded and holistic foundation for deep healing. In my practice, I honor the beautiful interconnection between relationships, the nervous system, and women's cyclical health.

And just a little about me: I’m a Leo sun, Scorpio moon, and Virgo rising, a Human Design projector, and a forever student of life and love. I’m currently based in Mexico City, MX with my husband, son, and our two cats.
